To heat - Place pack flat in the microwave and heat on high for 90 seconds, if your pack is not warm enough then continue to heat for 15 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Place pack flat when heating to ensure even heat distribution.
Do not heat for longer than 2 minutes.
